Director of Enrollment Services, Barrett Honors College
Keith has been a Barrett staff member since 2002. He has helped to orchestrate the college’s growth from 2,600 students 20 years ago to the current 8,000 – a testament to Barrett’s commitment to ASU’s charter focusing on access and excellence. Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies from American University and a Master of Education from ASU. In his free time he enjoys hiking and bowling – and admits to the excessive pampering of his tuxedo cat, Yaz.
Jason Collins brings more than 15 years of experience as a technology leader specializing in enterprise software, scalable systems, and responsible innovation within highly regulated environments. Through his advisory role, Jason provides strategic perspective to support PASS’s operational excellence, long‑term sustainability, and mission‑driven growth.
Complementing his professional background, in the past Jason served alongside Tony Reyes in men’s ministry, an experience that reinforced the importance of mentorship, service, and positive guidance. This combination of technical expertise and community‑focused leadership informs Jason’s commitment to PASS as it works to create safe, enriching after‑school environments where students can learn, grow, and succeed.
Thomas O'Brien
Vice President of Success & Engagement, Winward Academy
Mr. O’Brien’s resume includes being a nationally award-winning high school principal and math teacher. As an educator, he participated In the National Education Policy Fellowship through America Achleves. As a school leader, he participated in the Uncommon Schools Instructional Fellowship, the National Principal Academy Fellowship and the Inclusive School Leadership Institute. Mr. O’Brien supports teachers and school leaders with ongoing data analyses, reports, intervention strategies, and engagement activities.
