Welcome to PASS– a comprehensive tennis and education program that develops middle and high school students’ hearts, minds and bodies to be productive members of their communities. We’re thrilled to share more about the our nonprofit program’s unwavering commitment to four pillars in youth development for the students we serve in under-resourced neighborhoods in the greater Phoenix area.
PASS is committed to these four pillars of youth development:
Provide youth a pathway to excel in the lifetime sport of tennis.
Encourage students to value education and pursue academic pathways.
Connect students with diverse role models and opportunities to serve the community.
Foster social responsibility by promoting service and mentor-mentee relationships.
We encourage our students to "rise up" by promoting good citizenship and healthy lifestyle choices. PASS teaches a wide range of skills like: responsibility, discipline, and respect. Our program gives students a chance to holistically develop their abilities, while learning new skills. Opportunities like these are limited, and we define success as students rising above their current circumstances.
